Biodynamic Psychotherapy & Biodynamic Massage
Biodynamic Therapy is concerned with the organic link between bod and mind. It is based on the appreciation of the oneness of a person's body, mind, and spirit and consists of a range of therapeutic methods of touch developed by Norwegian born psychologist and physiotherapist - Gerda Boyesen.
The methods are effective in the treatment and relief of physical, emotional, and psychological conditions.A treatment may include verbal counselling and psychotherapy methods or/and biodynamic massage to meet the client's needs at the time.
Biodynamic therapy treats the psychological processes using rooted talking, massage techiques, devoting attention to expression and movements. Emotions, shocks, and frustrations have direct psychological and physiological consequences. Unexpressed emotions unresolved conflicts become chronic and stress builds up in layers resulting in tension, depression, anxiety, fears, and other psychosomatic conditions.
